These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user, customer, or visitor ("User," "You," "Your") and CRYPTD.TO, a digital asset services provider ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"). By accessing, using, or interacting with the Company's website, platform, services, or products, including but not limited to cryptocurrency voucher redemption services ("Services"), You agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If You do not agree to these Terms, You are prohibited from using the Services. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following notice of modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Services. By using the Services, You represent and warrant that You meet these eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to verify Your age and identity at any time.
Users from the following jurisdictions are prohibited from using the Services: any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of cryptocurrency services, engages in hostile activities toward the Seychelles, or is subject to applicable economic sanctions. As a condition of using the Services, Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding their identity, source of funds, and beneficial ownership. The Company is required by law to know its customers and implement anti-money laundering ("AML"), know-your-customer ("KYC"), and counter-terrorist financing ("CTF") policies.

Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a voucher has been redeemed or cryptocurrency transferred, such transaction cannot be reversed or recovered except at the Company's sole discretion.

Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and speculative. Vouchers and cryptocurrency may fluctuate significantly in value. The Company does not provide investment advice, and Users assume all risk associated with cryptocurrency transactions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Users should conduct their own research and consult with qualified financial advisors before engaging in cryptocurrency activities.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Termination may be immediate if the Company determines that You have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activities, or pose a risk to the Company or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or related transactions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Seychelles.
By using the Services, You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Republic of Seychelles and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or any other grounds.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
